UV coatings and new production hall – in progress
We have started a project (UE co-financed) called “The purchase of a painting line with software and the expansion of a production hall in Ostroróg in order to implement innovative painting technology”.
The aim of this project is to implement innovative painting services on the basis of R&D research and also to build a production hall, purchase a painting line and programming software for this line. The new line will be fully automated with IR and UV lamps.

The main goal of this project is to increase the competetiveness of the BIT company on polish and international market. This project is co-financed by the European Union: 873 000 PLN.
PVD coatings (sputtering)
We have completed a project called “Implementing innovative technology of physical vapor deposition vacuum process used to deposit thin metal film on polimer surface”. This technology uses a method called sputtering to metallize plastics (e.g. ABS, ASA, PBT, PA6 and others) with different metals (e.g. gold, silver, titan, chrome, silicon, aluminum) and their compounds.
It is far more advanced than commonly used standard vacuum metallization. The main advantages of sputtering are additional visual effects (different colours of mirrors), providing nano coating that is resistant to scratches, very high quality aesthethic values, ecological process and short-term of our service.

This project is co-financed by the UE. The total cost of funding is 704 250,00 PLN.
Painting robot FANUC
In 2014 we completed a project called “Purchase of an automated line for painting plastic elements” that was co-financed by the EU – Programme Innovative Economy Operation for years 2007-2013.
In this project we implemented a new technology for the total cost of 2 639 676,09 PLN.
This automated line is equipped with a six-axes painting robot with 2 painting guns made by a renowned company Fanuc. We can guarantee stable conditions during the painting process (air-conditioned closed chamber, regulators of humidity, deionizing devices). There is also minimum human interference and well-designed and customised tools for each project. All these factors make the process repeatable. On the automated line there is also a possibility to use water-based paints.
